I purchased a 2 BHK flat from Drishti Homes in Kharar, Landran Road. In my first visit, they shown very nice and well-decorated flat and I got impressed with the construction of their sample flat.
After seeing their sample flat, I paid 1 lac rupees as advance booking amount. Within 2 months of time I cleared entire amount of my flat. I shifted to my house after completing all registry related tasks. Once I paid entire money, they handed over me a dirty house with full of sand, dust etc.
They promised to give modular kitchen. When I shifted to my house what i saw is kitchen designed using poor quality material with full of scratches. In master bedroom they gave one almirah with full of scratch marks. They used poor quality paints on walls as well as windows and doors. Their is much of small-small pending works. For each pending work we need to contact then 10 times. None of their employees are serious about pending work.
